Penny Patterson and Ron Cohn, with about 10-15 full-time Staff, a small Governing Board, a Scientific Advisory Board, a Business Advisory Board, and a dozen or so volunteers who help with everything from gorilla care to business.  The gorillas themselves are also considered key members of the team.
