Dear Friend,

Thank You!!!

Your generous donation helped us ship Koko's Kitten books and other materials so that teachers in Cameroon can enable a new wave of students to be compassionate about great ape conservation. This fulfills a longstanding need to expand our already extensive efforts in the country where Koko's dear friend Michael was born.

In addition, the Koko-based teaching curricula developed in Cameroon can now be adapted by educators for use in schools and communities across the far-flung regions of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), where all the African great apes — gorillas, chimpanzees, and bonobos — are at risk of extinction.

We will send you updates on the progress of these exciting new conservation outreach efforts in the months ahead. Please let us know your thoughts and ideas; you are an important part of Koko's Compassionate Conservation Team.

Thank you for making this extraordinary momentum continue to grow, by taking Koko and Michael's compassion to the people and great apes of equatorial Africa.

With much love and shared compassion,

PS: If you haven't yet donated to help Koko inspire compassionate conservation, there's still time and much work to be done to realize the full power of "Koko's Kitten" and to develop new and even more powerful tools based on
gorilla ambassadors
Koko and Michael.

With your additional support, we can begin to focus on teacher training and assessment so that the impact of Koko's books can be extended to more gorilla habitat regions and countries in Africa, and its "magical" results can be measured, optimized and replicated in partnership with other organizations.

Thank you!
