Koko Dreams of Having a Baby

Koko dreams of having a baby of her own. With baby gorilla dolls, Koko typically plays mom, carrying them under her arm, signing to them, and sometimes even molding their hands to sign back. With baby human dolls (as in the above photo), Koko just seems to become very pensive. There”s still time for her to procreate – but being able to move to the new preserve with Ndume will greatly increase her prospects for parenthood.
