Koko loves to borrow Penny”s pen and jot things down in her notebook. While Koko can write a few words (including signing her own name), she doesn”t actually journal (or blog). Nevertheless, when she does write something down, we usually find it noteworthy. (Unlike many humans, Koko doesn”t find that everything she says (ie, signs) or thinks about is worth appearing in print.) And sometimes she just draws . . . though she prefers color painting to sketching..
