Like most of us, Koko can enjoy both the present and the future at the same time. For example, she participated in a wonderful Thanksgiving celebration at the Gorilla Foundation yesterday (and especially enjoyed the food), but is also aware of the upcoming holidays, and is beginning to think of presents (both for and from her).
