Koko takes time to enjoy every bite of her lunch, starting with one of her favorite foods: a flower. Koko enjoys a diet based on a variety of green vegetables. In the wild, gorillas live in an area without many wild fruits, and their diet is based on leafy greens and the occasional berry and flower. (Red roses are her favorite flower – to eat.)
